As a Firm we take satisfaction in maintaining a crucial balance pertaining the rights and interests of both the employers and employees through theadvancement of fair and equitable treatment at the workplace whilst ensuring compliance with the legal standards for employment relationships.

Our practice of labour law largely revolves around:

  • Employment Contracts- The formulation, interpretation, negotiation and enforcement of such agreements between parties to the extent of; wages, working hour and workplace safety requirements amongst others
  • Unfair Dismissal & Termination- We offer professional guidance on effective/appropriate grounds for either termination or dismissal noting to highlight the protection and remedies available to either the employee or employer
  • Collective Bargaining- Representation in the process of collective bargaining between employers and trade unions or employee representatives for better wages, benefits and working conditions.
  • Industrial Disputes and Strikes- Provision of dispute resolution mechanisms between employers and employees consisting of arbitration, mediation and conciliation.
  • The Firm similarly advances a party’s right to strike and impose limitations on the conduct of industrial action.
  • Discrimination and minimum working standards- We advocate for the implementation of minimum working conditions whilst ensuring that they are free from any forms of discrimination or harassment on the basis of factors such as race, gender, religion, disability or sexual orientation.
